As you can see by the above figures the $250,000 - $500,000 price range has improved dramatically over the last two years while the million dollar plus market is starting to see supply grow and the marketing times lengthen. The $500,000 - $750,000 is also seeing some improvement as well. FHA and VA buyers are coming into the market due to the attractive financing that is being offered. VA buyers can still purchase with no money down while FHA offers 3 1/2 % down financing.
