Added Exit E-listings to my marketing plan and posted 4 listings.

Bardstown KY home for sale Shelbyville KY home for sale Louisville Kentucky home for sale

In 4 days, had 144 views, 66 clicks, 45.8% clicking through.

In the last 7 days on Greater Louisville Association of Realtors website, I have 26 views on these same properties.

Active Rain is outperforming GLAR by 554% views, 254% clicks.

Received 1 call from a realtor in Texas.

All this and I am just starting to get my feet wet.

I'm right there with you! Just started a few weeks ago. I love it. No referrals yet, but learning a lot!

sounds like you are seeing a lot of results. In the past 6 months we have seen a little bit of action and I am sure that we will see even more once the season comes

Good job, I am working my way up as well. Getting started takes a lot of leg work, but once the system in is place it gets easier- or so I keep telling myself. In reality I think that you just get used to the increased work load and learn how to be more efficient.

Keep up the good work. Your listings look great, hope you sell them soon.

Wow! You are doing what counts to get that kind of results. I will be on for a year in April and I have gotten 2 or 3 Clients because they were able to find me on Activerain. It is a great place to play, I mean blog.
