Hey Chris, thanks for the post on this duplex. I may have a client from out of state (an investor from Oregon) that might be interested. I work up a comprehensive report for him usually, so just need a few more numbers from you, like do you think this could rent out for $525/month?
How are things locally for you? I believe 2009 will see some home buying activity again, and with rates at historic lows, it's never been a better time to buy.
