What kind of PARTNER is your "Preferred" lender?

Does your "preferred" lender wait around for your call or are they pro-actively working to help you get more business?

Do you only get calls when business is slow?

Does your "preferred" lender have programs in place to help you market your listings?

Does your "preferred" lender offer a program to help your borrower's with mortgage education and protection?

Does your "preferred" lender meet your closing date 100% of the time with NO surprises at the table?

Does your "preferred" lender bring you leads by helping FSBO's to market their properties?

If not, you may not want to rush that "mortgage guy or girl" off the phone before you find out all they can offer and what they can do to help your business.

What are you doing to help your partners increase their business??

Loyalty is extremely important in life and in business. Are you losing out on helping your borrower's and getting more business by not having the best partner and by not being the best partner?  Is your loyalty misplaced?

It's a new year! It's time to re-evaluate your partnerships!

Many Blessings,

Bridget
