I can't believe I didn't even blog once on Active Rain during the month of Dec. It shows you easy time can slip away during the holiday season. But, now that the New Year has arrived and is rapidly speeding along I can rest knowing my budget and business plan is set for 2009.
I have made a batch of spanakopita and an apple pie for the family. I can put my feet up and stack the laptop on my legs while the comforting and warm smells of cinnamon and apples waft through the air. A light snow is meandering down from the sky and all seems well.
A new President will be at the helm in days and the remainder of the bailout may be released sooner than we Americans had expected.
I didn't make my sales goal for last year but that only makes me more motivated and driven to make it this year.I won't dwell on what didn't happen last year but I will embrace what I can make happen.
I am back in the Rain and I see so much has happened since I was last here. Everyday is a new frontier.
