Back on Dec 11th, 2008, I started with Growth Leader and the lead generation activity for San Diego Real Estate has been increasing exponentially each week. Having been with the program now for 4 full weeks, I have noticed an inordinate amount of activity in the last 10 days. With the way the holidays fell this year, we lost a lot of work days to 2 four and 1/2 holiday periods. Since New Years 2009, the activity makes me feel hopeful about this new year and the number of possible buyers coming to market early this year.
For a bit of statistics, I have had a total of 35 leads. One was deleted and not counted here. Amazingly 10 of the leads are quite active ( they are actively on the system and looking at properties ) and have set up alerts for new properties coming on the market that fit their criteria.
I have more leads that have alerts set up but are not very active on the system. That total is 20. There are 5 are inactive and have not returned to the system since first signing up.
The location and price search range of the leads are interesting as they are in all areas of North County San Diego and in almost all price ranges.

Observing where the most activity is , gives me the clue of the number of first time buyers or investors that are looking for more moderately priced property. I think many are also trying to see what values exist as San Diego's market has improved in the housing affordability area.
I am navigating the Contact Management program, Vision, much easier now but I am still learning to use some of the great features of this contract management program. I expect this week that I will be adding my other client prospects and referrals on the system so that I have everyone in one place.
I have a lot of confidence in this great new system and as I learn more, Market leader is impressing me a great deal.
