Seller's in todays Pittsburgh real estate market need to have a competitive edge when selling their home and more sellers in Pittsurgh are getting their home inspected prior to listing thier home. This approach can help avoid unknown issues that will eventaully come up when a serious buyer does an inspection. I have seen several deals fall through becuase of issues that are found during the home inspection. Why not invest in selling your home by getting it pre-inspected and either resolve the issue/s or get estimates and provide a credit to the buyer to resolve any major issues.
