When you celebrate a special day with close friends, you don't want it to end. So I'm adding this follow-up to enjoy the 50^th anniversary party of Anne and Milo Hruby all over again.

What a nice tribute and some happily glowing people in those pics! I am excited to be coming up on my 35th anniversary. Amazing! Where did all those years go!

They don't look old enough to be married 50 years!

Joan, Easy to share such wonderful news.

Pat, That waist was so tiny that the mannequin was way too large. They had to open the dress and hold it together with dental floss. That was Milo, the engineer's doings.

Lizette, They are such a perfect role model.

mARTi, Amazing how very fast the time goes by when you are having fun!

Deb, Yep, Lee and I are a bit in love after 14839 days and still celebrating each one. "This is a true reason to celebrate love, laughter, tears, hugs, and the vows that kept them together. What a wonderful love story " You can spell anyway you like as long as you keep coming back!

Nice of you to post tribute to your friends and their milestone. What an accomplishment in today's age when so many look at their commitment as temporary.

Hal, Fifty years is a wonderful milestone and it was an honor to be there to share it with our friends.

Margaret - what a wonderful post. So sad that so few make it to 50 years anymore. I kid my husband that if we make it to 50 he'll be 100! Two very good reasons to celebrate!
