I think Gladys was probably within her rights. Florida law? Not that I could say definitively in Ohio, not being a lawyer if you know what I mean. I know of a post here about the issue in CA.
I had the girl friend of a client who had me write into her offer oops I mean the boyfriend's offer that what was hanging over the neighbors yard be hacked off. Concern with liability. Luckily the seller's tree surgeon knew not to trepass and remove something in the air space above the neighbor's property. Tree person removed the dead limbs as requested in our purchase contract. The tree would have looked ridiculous if the seller had done what the buyer requested... because of his significant others concern.
Imagine two days and no comments. I'd reblog this but I don't want my past client... I mean past clients significant other to know I am talking about her. This will just be between the two of us OK?
