Follow-up on Business Comes Before Blogging & Karma

     One Ringy-Dingy, Two Ringy-Dingies

  Dear Listing Agent:

Your phone number in the MLS listing is no longer in service.  Your voice-mailbox at your office is full and is not accepting any more messages.  We had to call your manager and she is trying to hunt you down.

Please don't be upset with your Sellers because they called us to let us know about a Buyer.  Can you blame them?

If this comes together, please pay to re-connect your phone.

     Have a nice day!

To funny. I get that occasionally when you are trying to reach an agent. I always wonder why anyone lists there home with those folks.

Great Post! I hear that tone with the "the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service" at least 5 times a day, and it always amazes me when that is their only contact number listed for them.

Jeff Fulgham:  I got admit the agent's Seller was not too tickled.  Uh-oh!

Allison Werner:  I am surprised agents don't realize how inconsiderate that is and detrimental to other agent's business as well as their own.  I was hoping their was an alternate phone listed at her office.  No such luck.  I had to speak with the manager.

 Thank you for commenting!

Best wishes and much success!

Rhonda, do you think this listing Agent still expects to be paid if the house sells????

OH, I got it this is a new sales technique, have people run around trying to find you, so that when they do, they are too tired to argue with you about the price........that must be it :)
