As you can see from these statistics (from the Onslow County, NC MLS)  Swansboro/Hubert real estate is holding its own pretty well.  Houses are taking longer to sell but they are selling.

 It all comes down to understanding the local market and pricing a property right from the very beginning and to do that you need a local, experienced and knowledgable agent.

  Remember the current market price of your Onslow County N C home has nothing to do with

  • How much you owe on the mortgage
  • How much you paid for the house
  • How much it appraised for last year
  • What you have spent on repairs and/or improvements
  • What the county shows as the tax value
  • How much you think you should "make on it"

 It is the price determined by comparable sales in the vicinity.
