Realtor holds sign--->Get a life !

By
Real Estate Agent

Ouch...Just sitting here minding my own business when "you've got mail" how exciting I think to myself maybe another response from my blog it was.....

get a life! better yet get a 9-5 if you can't hack it!

Wow I never said I can't hack it. I wonder what made this Realtor so upset with me. This has been the first real negative to this campaign...and to say get a 9-5 this person obviously doesn't know what kind of Realtor I am I get up at 5am and go to bed around 12am. I have a family and I am the sole provider, I work hard to try to be a successful Realtor I put my clients needs before my own. So in summary I have a life I work from 5-10 and I am HACKIN it just fine

Clever idea ! Where are you holding your sign ? Are you working traffic on a main street? You might want to try the parking lot of Home-Depot or Lowes. Also, take a dog with you. People love dogs, it can't miss. Good luck. We have to try thinking outside the box or we'll be living in one.

I am having the BEST WEEK EVER. It just keeps on getting better and tomorrow afternoon I am really gonna have some juicy news about my little campaign. So subscribe and check the whole story out. PS: I git a Mr. Beer for Christmas and I finally bottled the stuff 7 days ago and put it in the fridge today where it will stay for three days. I will then drink it and if all goes well I will live to blog another day If it doesn't go well I leave my sign and Mr. Beer kit to my Brother in law Dave he will know what to do

Great campaign - just like the guy in Manhattan.

Nothing wrong with looking for work with a sign. :)

Bowman,

Got to admit my first response was what the heck is he up to now.  But, hey if it works for you go for it!  You got to admit though, you need to be prepared for comments from others at what may seem to be a desperate act.  I got to admit when I was in college I did stand on a busy corner with a sign asking for help with tuition and it worked, me and college roomate made enough in a weekend to get us money for school! I also remember making a promise to myself to never do that again!  I hope that you will turn whatever leads you do get into closed transactions and not just traffic on your website.

I watched the video clip, remember, you got to turn your sign to the traffic so they can see you!  That means each pause in traffic means you need to turn around, there's people driving behind you that aren't seeing your sign!

Hey Richard, you are an awesome go-getter!  I love your creative methods and your progressive sign.  Remember to always put the ® registration mark after the word "Realtor" on your signs.

This is a wonderful article, I'm giving it a feature in the Virtual Office group at http://activerain.com/groups/virtualoffice!
