Check our refinance rates!     $500 plus title insurance!    That's everything, including recordation costs, title research, attorney's title examination, closing fee, and 1 mortgage cancellation!!    Unbeatable!  Just make sure your Lender sends us your title order!   We can close for you in any part of the State of Louisiana for this fee and other states may cost a little more due to title abstracting costs, but that should only be about $100 more, at most.    Our turnaround is approximately 4 to 5 business days and we can now do closings by mail, email, or fax.
