Please Help!

What information would be helpful for me to research and write about?

I'm looking for some input on what would be helpful, what questions people want answered and I want to ensure I am not being repettitive or writing about something that is common knowledge or of no value.

I am a Sr loan Officer in Orange County CA and have experience with Purchase Money and Refinances. I originally started out as a notary public (when I was in the Marine Corps) notarizing residential loan documents for about 8 years - so I have a strong background in that.

I am excited about this site and the Active Rain community and look forward to your comments.

Better yet Ron, How real estate works from your perspective and then other's perspective. The doomsday prognosticators all have a voice. Those of us with a different slant may well be the more silent majority. That is changing, thankfully.

I wrote a post yesterday, and I don't know how to link it here but it went on at the end of it about the reason we are REALTORS, beyond the income potential. The inspirational side of being a Trustee of the Land. I make up that phrase when I was President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS 2000. But it is, I believe, more to point of being a professional and committed REALTOR.

I will watch for your own dynamics to unfold.
