Cameron:  Love the pool.  The lot doesn't look big enough for a pool, but a what a bonus that it is.  That picture taken from the corner is deceiving.

GREG, This property sold for 320,000 in 2006 and the lot size is only 3500 sq, ft. A bunch of the homes in this development were foreclosed at the same time so some of the banks want them gone quickly. The prices are stabilizing in some of the areas and this was a great deal for the buyers.
