How To Be A SLIMY Real Estate Agent

As many of you already know, I have an "'issue'" with the reputation of real estate agents. (If you don't know - just click on my "real estate rants" tag - there on the right ...).

Thanks (again) to one of my favorite bloggers - Athol Kay - I spent about 10 minutes falling off my chair (and running to the bathroom) in near tears of uncontrollable laughter.

Why? Well, given what I like to rant about, and given what this website offers .... Well, you just need to experience it yourself. (Please experience the WHOLE thing - Do not "skip" anything...).

A fun posting. I wonder though what seller's think when they look at it. That we are all Ted's, even worse that they may want to be, LOL

That was great! I couldn't stop laughing about the termites! "This is a TASTY home and won't last!" LOL!!!

William- It is put out by the VA Association of Realtors - who also do a wonderful job at explaining the Code of Ethics. Buyers and Sellers are smart - I believe that they will know it is a parody of our perceived reputation.

Mariana! OK, so i finished my appraisal assignment somewhere in there between blogging. so i figured a quick 15min lunch before i move onto my day, which i may do sometimes either reading blogs or watching my 15 minutes of ELF.. but then i found this post, clicked the link and had to turn ELF off. friggin hilarious!! i'm on question #2 until i noticed that its from the association of realtors(r) of Virginia. very funny. after a bathroom break i'm back in from of the PC, with lunch, going onto to question #2. i hop i pass this test!! :) do someone need a hug! :))

OMG!!! I had to test every answer and not answer purposely to see Ted's reactions - that is the funniest thing I have ever seen!! What a fun association of Realtors - I didn't even know about the sliming until the end and had to go back and answer the true answers - that was awesome Mariana - I think Derek should do a series like this.

I liked the three and finger counts. he lowers his middle finger. he's got it down pat!!

When I first heard about this Ted guy, it was through VAR, they sent out what I considered a joke/ spam to all their member.

I like that that was very funny.
