I started off with a passion to help buyers buy the best house for THEM. To help Sellers get top dollar for the sale of their home!
Eventually, that morphed to training new agents in developing their career.
That passion turned into recruiting agents that were serious about a Real Estate Career and were looking for guidance, training, support and knowledge!
I love what I do! I wear different hats as needed by those around me.
With Clients, I am their resource for information on what is happening in our market.
For the agents that work with us, Lisa and I are here to assist them in everything from managing their time, to writing up a business plan that is active and works for THEM.
As a Recruiter, I reach out to agents that sometimesdon't get the support they were promised, see if we will be a good fit for each other and assist them in transitioning into a productive career in Real Estate.
I am able to do all of this because I allow myself to SHIFT MY ATTITUDE.

What is holding you back from reaching out to clients that might be in a short sale situation?
Or the first time home buyer who will have to go through FHA financing versus Stated/Stated.
Sure they may not be able to buy the biggest and best on the block, but they will be able to COMFORTABLY AFFORD to keep their home!
