Everyone sometimes needs a get up and go approach, and most of us don't compete amongst one another in different parts of the country, so if you have an idea that your trying and it is working, let us know, as we are all curious to hear the good news as well as implement it in our own professional strategies.
One agent in our office, forwarded off a rate sheet from a lender to all of his clients that were looking for houses at one point in time or another, on his auto email system to notify them of rates. He was sent a referal from one of his clients from the auto email, as they passed along a good word about the agent, and the rate sheet was enough conversation to pass along the news to get someone started. I thought this was a great idea, that we should all be doing as well as a number of additional ideas I am waiting to see from the Active Rain followers out there
Let me and the rest of us know how to keep each other active by staying in focus and networking amongst ourselves. Any idea is good
