Hi Marti,
I've always been a chocolate and sweets kind of girl, not really into the salty snacks very often--but when I do get the occasional bag of chips I'm always frustrated by the bag not being full. A full but smaller bag of chips would have made me notice and be happy too. It's got me thinking about what little things I could be doing that would make a big impression. Also, thanks for including my post, "The Widget Every Agent Needs on Their Blog" in your What You're Writing section; I appreciate that.
Have a great day,
Anne Rains

Hi Marti - thanks for including my chart post in this review!
I do what Deb mentioned way up above me - junk and a Diet Coke. ;-)
"All that and a bag of chips" - a saying from quite some time ago here in the rain....
Ann
Marti, I love your bag of chips analogy. AND I think Look Who's Talkin is very cool.....I'll keep that one in mind. Good to see you around the Rain. ;-)
Ann... I love the logic of chips & diet drinks, tonight I'll try "diet coffee" with my cookies! ;-)
Teri... thx, since Google alerts has gone crazy lately, WhosTalkin is another alternative.
Marti,
A perfect example of how an small product feature can make a lasting impression on a customer. It can be the same with a service that is provided. A extra step to assist someone and he'll remember you.
Marti~ You crack me up with that chips story..but I think its because I can relate;) Its sort of like a glass half empty or full, but its chips, lol! Thanks for putting together all the great reading for the week..as always MUCH appreciated!
How's your 'diet coffee' and cookies?? ;-))
Enjoy!
Ann

Laura... amusing & relating, a great combination! ;-)
Ann... it turned out to be donuts & "diet" coffee, was amazing!
