Gilbert Arizona Property for Mark Organek Fix & Flip Clients

This is an investment property that I saw for one of my clients. I figured this will give others an idea of opportunities out here in Arizona.

Paul, here is the property that I have been talking about. You can pick this up, address the cosmetic issues and flip this pretty quickly!

Here are shots of the hot water heater and the hole in the garage that is beneath the flooring from upstairs. Fortunately, you can access the master bedroom's floor from the garage allowing more support to be added as the floor currently creaks. Also, the half-bath toilet and sink flash photos since the video couldn't be shot with the lack of lighting.
