For me at least, there are some tasks that I will put off as much as I can, but when I think about what is my motivation what is the reason why I am doing all of this work that is what gets me through it.

If folks spent as much time DOING IT as they did complaining about why they can't....the world would be a different place !

Great message and I think you have hit the nail on the head! We need to stop complaining and making excuses and go out and tell the buying public it is a great time to buy a home!!

I'm going to scoop you up and carry you in my pocket...Sometimes I need these reminders every now and then...Have a great day and I'll be in Ormond office on Thursday...maybe we can get some more training done...or at least drink Joy's Columbian!

Hi Morgan-good for you...whatever it takes to get those tasks we hate done! I tend to think about the results and rewards..and in most instances..they are bigger than the task itself!

Sally and David-agree with you 100%

Caren-the public doesn't care about our problems...they are well aware and for some folks they've been hit just as hard or even harder...my 22 year old son called me yesterday to tell me he got laid off..but has 3 job interviews lined up for Friday! try...try...again...without excuses...without complaining...just do it and you will benefit!

Terri-I have to be in the Ormond by the Sea office...tomorrow but maybe Friday! :) and yes I love Joy's Columbian..its nice and strong!

"It's not my table" is NOT how we want to be served in a restaurant. We want someone to help us... It is SO easy to come up with why we can't do something....

You hit the nail on the head! I used to work with a lady who refused to do anything that "was not in her job description". I wanted to shake her. You don't get ahead by waiting for someone to offer you something better. You go the extra mile first, then people will notice, and offer you something better!

Good morning Midori,

Closed mindedness, unwillingness is the most direct route to failure. To be willing, open minded and helpful will reap rewards, if nothing more at least knowledge, I like to call it, "Job enrichment" It works! Folks should give it a try!

No excuses here baby:)!
