OK, I dropped out of ClubNet back in July. I admit that I was not doing the work. I love my coach, Molly Pereda, but I just did not do what I was supposed to. I am scared to death of pop-bys, I can never get anyone on the phone, price of postage was not helping my budget,& I don't know that the Items of Value really help to build relationships. SEE...THERE IT IS...ALL OF MY EXCUSES IN ONE PLACE!!!
The truth is...I have had enough referrals to cover the cost and then some. I guess I can also say that the motivation I received when going to a Turning Point got me fired up to call on expired listings also (although that is not what the program is about). Maybe I even learned some new ways to talk to Buyers & Sellers which helps to build business.
I know there are lots of systems out there and you can take bits and pieces from each but, in this business, you need to have direction, accountability, & focus...whether it is prospecting, farming, or relationship building. I hate to cold call (I think it is rude & distasteful), I am by no means a farmer, but I do like to keep in touch with people who like me... so Buffini systems it is.
NEW YEAR, NEW COMPANY, NEW ATTITUDE!!!
Effective today I am now a Buffini-ite again! I am a Blitzer! I am a Successful Realtor and I will make 2009 my BEST YEAR to date! I have signed up for the Lead Generation kit (can't really afford coaching now but I will get there). I am registered for the Baltimore & Philly Turning Points also.
WOO HOO!!! Do the Hustle! (I wonder what this years song will be?)
Kathy Manganello
P.S. If anyone feels the need to give me a nudge once in a while and remind me of my motivation at this moment...please do so! :-)

Another website that I enjoy is www.SellwithSoul.com Jennifer Allan has a great attitude and talks about nurturing your relationships in, what I think, is a similar nature. Enjoy.
