You guys won't believe it. There I was holding my sign it was freezing this morning.I bought the Newspaper Hawker some breakfast tacos and he wished me luck. I held up my sign and someone started waving their hand outside the car window. As I approached I heard the voice say "I have a house for sell" they were holding what looked like a business card. At first I thought ok a Realtor with a house to sell then she looks at me and says" I mean I have a house I would like you to sell for me..I like your style" she handed me a piece of paper with a name and number. Very nice I was elated I felt like Martin sheen in Apocalypse Now "I wanted a mission and for my sins they gave me one" so anyway I called the number when I returned to the office and looks like we will have a signed listing agreement soon !
