There is a new publication put out by the state and its called the Condominium Governance Form. This publication was created to give buyers an overview of condominium governance and will be provided to buyers when they buy a condo. This will give you a behind the scenes look at how the association runs the condo which is a mystery to many people. Check the website below for more information.
