I have several pictures to share with you today; this gorgeous home is located in the city of Hoschton.

This six bedroom, five and a half bath home is in a gated community and sits on .669 acres. The home is four sides brick and has stone accents. The beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets is open to the keeping room. The master is on the main floor and has a built-in morning kitchen. Other features of the home include: two fireplaces, a theater room on the terrace level, separate formal living and dining rooms and a study with coffered ceilings. The trim detail throughout the home and the paint colors really flow well together.

Originally listed at $600,000, this home sold in January 2009 for $512,500.

Nice Home Anne.  I will do this series for the Destin Area.....there will be a big difference on the quality @ $500,000.  That home would cost you a mininum of $2M down here.  Yet another reason I miss it up there.

Casey: I would love for you to do this for Destin; let me know if you do, so I can read along.

Dustin: It's a huge home for $500,000 isn't it? Of course, if this home was built a few years ago it would have sold for a lot more!

Dan: This home is beautiful isn't it? And there are tons of deals like that around here--builders just keep on building.

Kayla: You definitely can get a lot for your money down here!
