The top 10 cities have always been the top 10 cities they are the true cities and metropolises of our country. NYC is on my top list too if I ever move.

The fact that the Best City was also voted the Worst City, is why we should all take surveys with a grain of salt.

I have recently seen surveys regarding short sales , foreclosures and overall marke conditions that were just as ludicrous.
