Investing in a Latin American Vacation Home.

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with R & D Art

Over the years, many North Americans have been vacation in Latin America. Whether it is Costa Rica, Panama, or Mexico that you love to visit, maybe it is time that you consider investing in a vacation home. Can you image being able to jet away any time that you want and not have to concern yourself with finding a place to stay. Having a vacation home would be a better investment than spending the money on a hotel or rental.

Some of the best Costa Rica Real Estate is more affordable than most people would think. Could you imagine waking up to this view each and every morning. The added benefit of having this vacation home is the fact that when you are done with working, you now have a beautiful place that you can consider retiring to.

If Costa Rica is not your thing then you might want to consider Real Estate in Panama or maybe even some of the many Properties in Mexico. That is the thing about Latin America. There truly is enough of it that you are sure to find a property that can fit your needs and desires while meeting your budget constraints.

Personally, I have vacation in all three places. I would be torn between the three of them. With that said, for the right deal, I am sure that I could overcome any obstacle that might arise.

Hi Danny-Those views would definitely be heavenly to wake up to each morning. There are so many beautiful places in those 3 areas. It would be hard to pick just one.

Hi Danny...You are so right.  All three countries are places many of us would like to have a second home.

My main reason for not having one is that I prefer to go to different places and probably would not get that much use out of a second home.  Perhaps if I didn't live on the water I would feel differently about have a second home that was.

Having been to all three of these countries I would probably go with Costa Rica or maybe Panama.

Now keep in mind, if you decide to buy a place anywhere, we'll be more than happy to visit.

Pat, pick all three and then I will know who to call to borrow a place from. LOL.

Kate, I am sure and likewise to you. Now, let me throw this idea out to you. You buy the vacation home and then you rent it out periodically.

Kara, I am with you there.

James, the zip lines are fantastic.

Danny,  I like the post.  I have been to only Mexico and Costa Rica, but purchasing a vacation house would be a great idea.  Cash and enough of it is probably going to be the main of the puzzle for Americans.  Thanks aagin for the post.

Bradley, I think that the people that can afford it will be the ones that will buy into Latin America. I was watching House Hunters International last night and once again, they were back in Mexico buying. It is a hot market there at this time.
