Open Letter to my Sellers

This open letter is for all my sellers in the Pensacola, Florida area. Thank you for putting your trust in me. I realize that you could have chosen any Realtor in the area to assist you in the selling of your home, but you chose me. Please know that I am actively working each day to bring you a qualified buyer.

The Real Estate market has had its ups and downs just as other things in our economy. I have people ask me all the time..."when will the market pick up?" I tell them that I am not able to predict the future and if I could...........I would be in the stock market speculating on that. Real Estate is local, you can not judge our market by California's, Arizona, or the like. I personally, have been busy since December. If the buyers are waiting for some sort of bottom, they very well may lose out on great opportunities as the rates are the lowest in 50 years and that they have so much inventory to choose from. I hope they will not be waiting on the fence and miss out.

To all my sellers: Thank you for allowing me to be your Real Estate agent of choice.

Nice post Dianne, it is impossible to tell when we've hit the bottom until we're on our way back up. No one rings a bell at the bottom! That said, the general consensus among economist point to at least another 10% drop for our area in 2009. None of us have a crystal ball, we just do the best can based on the statistics and information at our disposal.

Dianne - This is a very good time to buy a home especially with low rates and many affordable homes that are available. People have to live somewhere and your home is and will always be a very good investment. This is a great time for first time home buyers and opportunities are numerous.

Dianne - Wouldn't a crystal ball be wonderful? Regardless of what it would tell us we know that today's rates and plentiful inventory provide great reasons to buy now.
