Who I am and why I love being a real estate agent!

Hello all! Welcome to Branson, MO!  I'm excited about being a part of this blogging community.  Hopefully you will find my blogs as interesting and helpful as I have found others on this site to be.  I'm new to blogging so please be kind... my first few blogs may rough!

I've been selling real estate in Branson for about 3 years.  I've been on a team until very recently.  I've just decided to "go it alone" so to speak.  I'm an agent under Coldwell Banker so I'm really not alone... I do, however, get to claim all my own listings and buyers!

I LOVED being on my team and I highly recommend it to those that are new and/or don't want the burden of spending all the marketing dollars.

I decided to become a solo team as a way to take my business to the next level... so to speak.  Being on my team had become like being in a job where there is no room for promotion.  I have decided to promote myself!!  But still, I am eternally grateful for all I learned from my team and team leader!  We all remain good friends and co-workers.

I love being a real estate agent!  I get soooo much satisfaction in helping people get into a new home and helping them to achieve their real estate goals.

I recently had an amazing experience with 2 families.  One family was new and looking to buy their first home.  The 2nd family was looking to retire into a condo where there was little to no maintenance on the property.  It just so happened that the young family wanted to buy the 2nd family's home.  This was going to allow the 2nd family to retire into a condo... happy news for everyone!  UNTIL....... the place of employment for the young family burned to the ground! Uuuugghhh.  Well, to make a long story not quite so long, after a long ordeal we got it all straightened out and now both families are happily into their new homes....it was a LOT of hard work.... But it paid off when I saw how proud, happy, and thankful this young family was for being in their very first home.  I would definitely go through the entire ordeal again just to see the look on their faces and to hear their appreciation.

Anyway, I consider it a privilege to call myself a Realtor® and I am looking forward to meeting others who feel the same.

I'm looking forward to sharing ideas with and from everyone here.  If you ever have questions or concerns regarding the real estate market in Branson, Table Rock Lake, and surrounding areas... do not hesitate to ask!
