I would say that is the most colorful animal that I have ever seen. Much to pretty to even sit on.

Now that is one heck of a cow! It makes me kind of dizzy to look at.

Ahhh, I'd LOVE to be in Texas right now! Pretty cow. :)

I'm confused. I thought males had horns and femailes hat that thing that's hanging? Weird.

Don, I thought about jumping up and sitting on it myself but then wouldn't have had anyone to shoot the bull. (HA!)

April, every January, the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. It stinks to high heaven and I am not a rodeo fan so I thought I'd have my own stock show. (I need to change the title to this post.)

Greg, crap. Now I am confused too.

Mel, Bicentennial Park in Southlake. I drove all over Colleyville and Southlake on New Year's Day taking pictures of everything that caught my eye. Hard to pass up colorful cattle!

Kathleen, I have a picture of one with daisies all over it that you must see!

Chris, if it's not different, it's got to be the biggest in Texas. Happy New Year!

Well, I agree with Greg... I think it's a colorful bull. Unless that is one long utter, it's definitely a bull. Maybe it's a gay bull. Not that's there's anything wrong with that.

I think I saw that bull at a Phish concert back in '99.

JL - Did I ever tell you the story of my friend who fell asleep at the one and only Phish concert I've been too? The "heads" were in awe:)

Amanda - One thing I know about you... when you post, it's going to at least be interesting.

Sardi- I've seen a few people "fall asleep" at those shows.

Amanda, I love the painted critters! I but a painted Pony every christmas for my neice. The first time I ever saw a display was in a piazza in Itay. It was cows, and I couldn't figure out what it was all about! Later, I beagn to see the Ponies, learned the story, and our community actually got involved with painted elk. Some of them are really detailed, and beautiful, as is this one.

This is one of those things that makes you wonder if you just cannot interpret the artist's meaning - maybe it is Picasso's version of a cow.....
