Neal, I had to go back and double check the price on this lovely condo....I didn't think I saw it right.  It's had to believe you get so much for so little there.

It certainly looks like good value. I would prefer a unit facing a lagoon or lake. Can you find a rental unit for me for 2-3 weeks so that I can come down and select a condo, in March-May ?

I have appraised units in this neighborhood for many years. Four years ago a unit in this building (Upminster A unit 4) sold for $114,000 and was the same model as this one. This listing at $57,000 is only half what was payed four years ago. What a savings!
