Hi Debe...There is something definitely appealing about city living.  You have made it sound very enticing.  There are times I think if we had to move it might be nice to live in a city like Charlotte.

Hi Debe-That is such a beautiful view from the window. It is almost as if you were right there. It sounds like Charlotte is a great place to live. How far is that from Huntersville NC? Great job with the presentation, layout and  the beautiful pics.

Hi Kate- This is such a beautiful city, so alive with much to do for everyone!  Living in Uptown has become so popular here and continues to grow in popularity as well.

Hi Don- Thanks so much and believe me, when you do, we'll have a GRAND time!

Hi Carles-  Well, thank you!  It's not only a great place to visit but, a wonderful place to live, work and play!

Hi Sharon- The view from some of the condos Uptown is just breathtaking!   Huntersville is about 20 minutes from the city--it's a direct shot down I-77--take the I-277 exit (which wraps around the 2-mile Uptown radius).

Hey Sis!  You have GOT to come back for a visit!  We'd have a wonderful time and there's LOTS of fabulous shopping areas!!

Buddy Bruce!  You need to come out for a visit--you may just stay!!

Hi Randall-  Don't you miss it here?!  I KNOW my hubby is going to want to retire at the beach and I'm going to leave Charlotte kicking and screaming!!

Hi Barb!  Well, you may want to wait a week or so because we're expecting 9 degrees tonight and through the weekend!!  Not a whole lot warmer than Cleveland, huh?!  UGH!  I like my 70-degree weather!

Hey PattyP!  YES!  Where have you been?  Taking another class?  Well, I hope that you're swamped with business and 'churning out' the clients right now and that's why you haven't been around much!!  Have a wonderful day and GBU2!

Wow! This so reminds me of Downtown Austin right now. there are still many tower cranes and lots of work progressing in spite of the downturn! I do not know if everything is going to be selling as well when the construction is completed but at least the market has not ground to a complete halt!

Debe, Charlotte was exploding for a while and that has certainly changed the skyline forever.  It will be interesting to watch some of the new projects that are struggling.  Long term I'm sure they will be fine but things have definitley slowed in our area growth wise.

Russell:   I LOVE selling in the vertical market and Uptown is just such an exciting place to live, work and play!  You don't really even need to own a car--take a taxi to the airport or rent a car when guests are in town and you want to show the entire city but, otherwise, everything is in walking distance.  If your Uptown area is like ours, you'll be amazed at how quickly it takes off!

Rebecca:  That's nice to know--you'll have to pay them a visit soon!  Give me a call and we'll take an Uptown tour.  Yes, I bought a few neighborhoods and am sure they're going to just take off very soon!  I think you should definitely purchase your neighborhoods!

Bill:  Well, thank you!  Hey, I just trying to keep up with YOU!

Paddy:  Thank you and you DEFINITELY have to call when you visit!  I'd love to show you the town!

Debi:  Oh, it's beautiful here and you'd love it!

Diane:  The vertical market just exploded, for sure, a few years back.  The Mayor and the Chamber of Commerce had  a huge hand in making this city what it is today!  Building has slowed somewhat but, I feel like we had SO much going on that it probably NEEDED to have a little correction!

Sharon:  There is SO very much to do Uptown and to be right in the midst of it is just exciting!  Thanks so much!
