Pet Peeves

In our business we try to adhere to a certain amount of schedule so we can plan our days and try to be efficient in the work that we do.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the client that makes the appointment to see me at a certain time and doesn't show, or call to say they won't be able to make it in. I know this happens all the time and I should just get used to it but I can't.

When I drive around I see everybody has a cell phone stuck to their ear, which is another peeve of mine, but I won't get into that.

All I'm saying, it would be appreciated if appointments are made, and can't be kept, a simple phone call to let the person know so they don't have to wait and get upset.

Be considerate of other peoples time, things always go better if you are kind to someone, then they will be kind to you.
