Denver's home-resale market shows signs of life, an article from The Denver Post, reports that Denver's resale market has exhibited signs of finding its balance with supply falling sharply and homes selling a bit faster. Last year, the inventory of unsold homes dropped 20.3%. Lower prices and mortgage rates are luring buyers to the market. While median sales prices are down, this is due in large part to the fact that fewer expensive homes are sold during a weak economy. http://www.denverpost.com/headlines/ci_11401816
