Virginia Realtor Too Busy For You? Nah.

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Northern Virginia Homes - FRANKLY REAL ESTATE Inc
I got the best feedback of the year yesterday. Somebody said they wanted to use me as their agent, but they thought I was too busy for them. They signed up another agent and they were disappointed.

Then they recommended my blog, Youtube and FranklyMLS.com to 3 friends. They also liked what they read and saw. But each one also thought I was too busy.

So to dispel this, I made a video (I didn't have time to write it out*). (click here if you don't see video)

I've heard this comment too. Ouch!! Why do people go to a busy restaurant? Because the service, food, etc is consistent and good. They might wait for a little while to get a table, but it's worth it!!! Great message!

Darn it Frank, we have to keep up, stay social, stay educated...then consumers think we're too busy to sell houses!

I guess it doesn't pay to look to busy or successful all the time.

Frank if you we're multitasking like that in California they would throw you in jail, I'm sure of it.  I don't think they have a law about making a video while driving but there's a law about everything else so I'm sure that's just around the corner.  BTW I think you have ADHD, not ADD from watching your you-tubes...there is a big difference!

Thanks for the info. and entertainment again.

Frank ~ you are one busy man but you've made the point well that you're not too busy to help a potential client! How do have enough hours in one day to do all of that?

Wow can you multitask! :) Great video. I like that you tell clients to make initial contact via IM or email. Between the lead sellers and golf course ad sellers, I prefer email initally too. Good to know I can actually tell people that.
