The room is classy and elegant, I love the large plate on the table and the little tray of ...is it cheese??
Looks great, warm and welcoming

Thanks Everyone!

You KNOW you are just itching to give me a reason to make my first visit to Lake Norman! How about we get a couple of your agency's beautiful properties done? I would LOVE an excuse to come down.
Thanks for considering it!
Stay warm this weekend y'all!
Lovely, perfect. I love your style. These will certainly get buyers to put this listing on their must see list. Once there I am certain that the property will only impact buyers further to put in an offer.
Thank you all for the wonderful compliments.
The problem with MLS is that they offer such low resolution images at this time. That is why it is CRITICAL that ALL REALTORS have the ability to link to a third party slideshow/virtual tour in order to present photographs that are large, vibrant and clear (assuming the photographer created and posted such images).
I am a BIG proponent of the slideshow, but NOT ones that offer the 360 view (which sometimes take a long time to load) or the "moving slideshow" where the creator doesn't allow enough time to view an image so the buyer is "chasing" the photographs as they "move" across the screen. Too many people are trying to be Spielberg or Coppola when all they need to be is Ansel Adams =P.
Buyers are interested in the photos, not your ability to pan, tilt and fade.
Andrew, I agree with your comment above. I prefer slide shows as well. I don't have the patience to swim in a fishbowl...lol
