Did you see the movie, "The Perfect Storm"?  The Perfect Storm

The movie's website says it was "so called because it was three storms combined into one - created an almost apocalyptic situation in the Atlantic ocean, where boats encountered waves of 100 feet". 

We are now approaching a perfect storm for home buyers, where home prices are the lowest they have been since 2001-2002, interest rates on home loans are the lowest since 1971, and the market is flooded with bank owned properties. 

The tempest of foreclosures has wreaked havoc on the economy, but in the aftermath of the storm are great opportunities for home buyers.

This perfect storm for buyers looks more like a bright ray of sunshine for someone who wants to buy a home.
