Blog Update: Back to NAEBA!

This week I re-instated my membership with NAEBA after a few years of going it alone as an exclusive buyers broker. The decision to reinstate my membership resulted from the news that things have changed for the better within the past year. I am looking forward to the organization's new developments in the coming months and hope to join a committee very soon in order to contribute my energy in the promotion of exclusive buyer agency and advocacy.

In this market an agent working only for buyers is just what consumers need - and those who are investors even more so.

Absolutely! We need more EBAs specialzing in commercial real estate. In my opinion, pursuing a CCIM designation is one of the best ways EBAs can position themselves to enter the field.

Welcome back to Naeba, It is a great association that I have been a member since 1992 and I look forward to meeting you at one of the conventions. I never want to be a dual agent I represent the buyer as my client 100% of the time and will never represent the seller nor the seller's agent.

Welcome back to NAEBA. I have a background in Marketing and Consulting so most of my friends have a hard time understanding why I wouldn't want to list homes. I tell them I just can't arm wrestle myself so dual agency is not for me. And helping buyers find a great home is much more rewarding to me than helping sellers put extra money in their pockets.
