YIPEE!!! For the last week or so I have made many comments to many others abouth the wonderful benefits of vflyer.com Today I got an email that sais this:

Wow, that's a lot of house for the money. In Las Vegas, 287K would get you 3BR, 13-1400 sq ft, on a 60 x 100 (or smaller) lot. Congrats on the feature!

DAVID-Thank you for the comment. I absolutely love vflyer.com It has been very good to me. LOL I love being able to check the activity report of each flyer, seeing where the traffic comes from, etc. The widget to post on your website is a major plus as well.

MISSY- Thank you for the comment. I checked out your link, what a beautiful home. I loke the way you created your widget, I was unaware that you could do it that way. Thank you for sharing.

JOHN- It really is a very good price. Clarksville, TN is a wonderful, INEXPENSIVE city to live in. CNN Money ranked Clarksville as the 17th least expensive place to live in the nation. Cool huh? Here $142,000 will get you 3BR + Bonus Room, 2.5 BA, 2car garage, new construction with about 1800 square feet on a little over 1/2 acre corner lot. And we are only 30 minutes from Nashville. :-)

You don't even want to know what 287k will not get you in Hawaii...in any case, nice flyer!

Cyndee- Again, Thank You. Vflyer has given me so much more exposure than I was giving myself by creating flyers in the MLS and then posting them on a couple of sights (ie Craigslist). I still post on Craigslist, but now I post the flyers that I make on Vflyer.

An API for this would be nice. dealing with dozens pof listings take time.

Alex, I believe it does automatically upload the listings to other sites which of course is very useful in promoting any real estate listings.
