Where's Uzi?

It's not that I was taking a siesta from blogging folks - I actually have been reading and commenting...but the truth is, I was out of town in LA and yes I did get to watch, or rather I should say I had the enormous good fortune of watching the Lakers get whoooped by our boys, The Phoenix Suns in game 4, live from The Staples Center in Los Angeles.  Now we didn't specifically go up for the game.  The trip this past weekend was planned a while back.  We actually were in Redondo Beach, CA and pretty much spent most of the weekend between there and Manhattan Beach.  I will be putting up some pictures and posting another blog where I'll discuss Manhattan Beach homes on the "sand section" and an OPEN HOUSE I got to visit in the "tree section". 

Since returning I've been playing catch up and now I'm getting ready to spruce up my place a little bit, re-stock my fridge as I'm expecting company for the next 3 weeks.  I will however continue to read, comment, and post  so fellow Rainers who've missed me, I'm touched, but be assured I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack!

ps. calling all basket ball fans: if you've watched a game live at US Airways Arena in Phoenix as well as at Staples Center in LA, I'd love to hear your thoughts on who you think puts up a better show for fans.  I'll be putting up a post on my own thoughts here in a day or so but I wouldn't mind some of your thoughts. Looking forward to it....
