when I first looked at it I was like, WOW, this is great. Look at all the pendings, well then we have to factor in all the short sales, which sometimes pend for months. Then I looked at the closed sales today...256...great numbers. Even the backup contracts are about normal for here.

More and more people are calling and more and more people are looking for real estate in south Florida.

Despite all the negative news, it appears the public/people in general do not agree with the newscasters, FINALLY, THEY HAVE TAKEN MATTER'S INTO THEIR OWN HANDS AND HAVE CHOSE TO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS. Making astute opinions that will have an IMPACT on their own lives in the future. They have decided not to be followers, not to follow the negative HYPE.

They have decided to take advantage of the low interest rates, to take advantage of the low prices, and these people will be the WEALTHY OF THE FUTURE...watch and learn and watch some more.

This is just my humble opinion, HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINIONS AS WELL.
