PERMANENT EXCHANGE! Will exchange Jacksonville, FL home for a home in Charlottesville, VA

We have relocated to Charlottesville, Virginia and we are looking to do a house swap with someone! If someone in Charlottesville is looking to relocate to Jacksonville, we are willing to let our home go for the balance of the mortgage (so long as the exchange home is comparable). We currently owe $300K on a 2350 sf home in Historic Springfield in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for a similar size home in Charlottesville that has at least 3 bedrooms.
