Debbie, I certainly would! You would have to sell a lot of chances to make up the difference. $320K - must admit that this is a unique way to sell a house...

Hello Michael, Don and Carole! I also thought this was rather creative and certainly, out of the box! I have talked with Donna from The Perfect Place - she is a very creative and focused Realtor from Florida.

I have heard about the concept before. might want to check the state laws on gaming- there has to be a certain amount of skill involved like write an essay other wise it is lottery stuff. cw

Cheryl- I'm not running this contest, but my understanding from Donna, the creator of this concept - it's a word game of skill.

Hi Debbie, Thank You so much for blogging about our contest. I have been receiving inquiries, thanks to your post. The interest and participation our contest is attracting, is resulting in our expanding and improving our website. We have many contests waiting to be posted from many states, in addition to agents and business owners securing protected areas. Most listings are coming from realtors. The realtor earns their 3% for each property and then we provide the realtor with a banner and a link. All plays from their link are credited to the realtor (no matter which contest the player enters) and they earn 3% on any and all plays.

I also want to thank the people that responded to your post and to respond to the legality of our contest. Floida law requires the game to be based on skill. Our game is a word skill game. Every state, that wants to place a home on the contest, must be verified, as to the laws of that state. I have checked many myself. To date, I have only contacted one state does not allow any contests, and that was AK.
