A house is like a story. Staged to Sell It must be weaved just right so that potential buyers can follow it from room to room and feel satisfied that it is saying all the right things. It must speak to them to capture their attention.Staged to Sell

My favorite books are ones that get me excited to turn each page. I can't wait until I get to the end of a chapter and see what is around the next corner.Staged to Sell

A good story teller entices and lets your imagination run wild with the possibilities.

By the time I am done with a great book I am sold on the idea that it is just the right one for me.  I can't wait to buy more from that author and tell everyone about the adventure.

Great Books. Great Houses. All tell a Great Story. Make sure a home for sale has a beginning, a middle and an end.  Take the buyer on a ride that will leave them breathless and wanting for more and that house will sell.

It takes the right Staging Company to tell the right story. www.Staged-to-Sell.com.

Beautiful Kym, I loved every room.  The seating area in the bedroom looks so inviting and I really liked the green accents in the living room.  Very cool chairs in the kitchen too by the way.  Are they part of your inventory?

Hi Charlene, Yes, this is a vacant. Staged to Sell own inventory. I love those chairs too but the family room green sofa and chair are one of my favorites! One of these days they will end up in my own home...they are never in stock long enough to make that happen though!

Hope all is well with you and that you are staying warm. Kym

Hi Kym, I love your analogy as I am a voracious reader. If the first chapter (room) doesn't grab my attention I don't read the book. A great Stager is a great story teller. I love it.

Cool. Love the way you wove the staging through the story. Is that a new sofa set?

HI Kym, I am still thinking about how you wove this story. It seems to have made an impact on my overactive mind. I flagged it for a feature.

Michelle - thanks so much.  Funny thing is that I didn't sit down very early this morning to write a blog, but I went to post and just started writing and a few minutes later that came out. Odd how they come to us isn't it? thanks for the flag

Kathy  - thank you I love this house. The clients are just wonderful too so it makes it all the better!

Kym - Beautiful example of how staging transforms an empty space to warm and wonderful.  Loved your analogy and your blog (and photos) kept me wanting to see more!  (Yes blogs have a mind of their own sometimes - and this one turned out great!)

Really beautiful work in this home.  Thank you so much for sharing.  We've been talking alot recently about the emotional connection that our audience feels in the spaces we create.  This is a perfect example.

Margaret - thanks so much - love that!

David - Agree! It's all about emotion. There are lots of houses on the market - we need to set the stage for the one that makes them smile.

Tanya - thanks its my favorite palette. Kym

Thanks Michele - as I said before one of my favorite combinations of color. Even Realtors who have been using my services for years loved this house and commented on it to the Broker. Kym
