As you may know by now, I host a Monday night radio show that is strictly real estate related. Our target market is Realtors and Real Estate Professionals. We provide market data, training and fantastic insight to what the market is doing. Because we’ve now built the show around “Real Estate Professionals Only”, home owners and home buyers always tune in to get the inside scoop. However, most of our listeners at this point remain Realtors and Real Estate Professionals.
We welcome you to listen in each and every Monday night at 7PM on 1360am Talk Radio. Certain weeks expert guests, authors and area specialists provide listeners with in-depth data about their specialty. The listener base has been growing each week and we now have a huge following based on the feedback we receive at our website.(www.RealEstateNewsRadio.com). We now have listeners via the web, iTunes, Podcasts, and BlogTalkRadio from around the country!!
The reason for this email is twofold. 1.) We would like to offer you a guest appearance to discuss the services you provide in the real estate market, and 2.) the opportunity to help us with a show sponsorship. The sponsorships are as follows;
1.) Read In – We do a live read of your commercial. We develop the script together and we read it live on the air as if you were the best company on the planet and we use you directly. This is a great way to promote your business and obtain clients quickly. The cost for this is only $125 per month (4 spots – 1 each week) with a month-to-month commitment. Any read-in sponsorship will also be invited as a guest on the show if they like.
2.) Professional Commercial – We can produce a professional 30 second commercial for you with script, music, etc. The commercial, once produced is yours to keep. It’s in MP3 format so you can use it on your website, etc. It’s a great professionally made commercial. I have attached a MP3 file to this email of the show opener to provide you the quality that we produce. The voices we use are professional folks that do voice-overs and commercials for a living. To produce a 30 second commercial on MP3 format costs us $325. Once produced you own it and never have to do it again. The cost to run that sponsorship commercial is the same as the read-in, $125 per month for 4 spots—1 play per show per week, with a month-to-month commitment. Any commercial sponsorship will also be invited as a guest on the show if they like.
This is a “really inexpensive” way for you to have your company or yourself well promoted among real estate professionals, homeowners and home buyers in the South Jersey, Philadelphia markets. As you can see by those crazy sponsorship prices, we are not trying to make money off our sponsors, we only look to cover the costs each week for our show. By the way, all sponsors will also be listed on our website, with a direct link to their website!
