I've found a deal that I need to share with the other direct mailers out there.  I've been sending postcards to Alameda County foreclosures for the past few weeks and I've been using postcards from Clubflyers.com.

Since they are all the same design, I ordered 5,000 postcards printed on 14 POINT C2S Cardstock, 4/4 (Full Color Both Sides), and UV Coated. The cards are printed within 24 hours and shipped no later than 48 hours after the order has been placed.  The service was great and they cards look awesome.

Now the best part.  Guess how much I paid for the 5,000 cards?

$225!  Yep, after all the fees & costs of shipping, it came out to a grand total of $225.  That works out to 4.5 cents a card

Can anybody beat that?

How do you deal with the mailing?  Are you affixing stamps?  What about the address?  I am curious to know, because the labor of adding the labels, plus the cost of the labels, will drive the price up...just curious to hear how you are handling them...thanks!

I mail merge onto clear labels and my a few people from my team turn em out quickly.  I could probably hire people, but honestly it's no big deal and usually only takes a few minutes.  We don't send 5000 cards at a time, this box is going to last us a few months.

I was going to take you up on finding a cheaper place, but the place I use is running a special that's only 5 cents cheaper than Clubflyers regular price.  Wow...$75 buck for 5000 business cards.

Sounds like good stuff...gotta like cheap.  I usually mail to the same list every couple of months (don't need 5,000) so I need a place that has variety and will address them for me.  If you find any of those that are cheap...fill me in!

Don- Glad I could help.

Ben- that is pretty ridiculously cheap

Ravi- Yeah, it's not perfect for what you're looking for.  I'm working on finding the best source of cards for my database as well, I'll let you know if I come across something good..
