WHAT do you want? Do you want something NEW in your life?
OK, follow this formula:
Thoughts drive emotions
Emotions drive actions
Actions drive you into rewards/consequences
Now thoughts are best driven when you turn them into INTENTIONS
And emotions are best self regulated when you uses your EGS [emotional guidance system] as a quick read of your feelings.
Does your INTENTION make you feel good? or make you feel bad?
Which ever feeling you feel, your actions will always correspond!
It is impossible to FEEL really really BAD and Do GOOD
It is impossible to FEEL really really GOOD and Do BAD
Now whatever ACTION that your take on a repeated basis becomes a HABIT
HABITS then move your CONSEQUENCE into a CONDITION
You might think this is a permanent CONDITION, but most of the time it is not permanent, IF
You will PAY ATTENTION to your INTENTIONS
Time to go full circle, because, by paying attention to your intentions you change gears, your EGS changes and your actions change as well.
