WHAT DOES THIS DATA SUGGEST? (IN MIKE'S OPINION)
There is good news and mostly bad news! Good news is that homes are still selling in the Nottingham Real Estate Housing Market in Baltimore County Maryland. The bad news is that the prices have come down significantly from last December, total volume of sales is down, and the average days on the market have increased. Further investigation into these numbers also shows that the only town homes, condos, and single family homes that are selling in Nottingham, Maryland are the ones that are priced under $350,000 (probably to first time home buyers). If you have a home and are priced over $350,000 right now in Nottingham, Maryland, there is not much activity going on.
