No I have not become invisible just took some time away to balance my personal life. Visit my friends and family in India for holidays. Its amazing how much a third world country reads between the lines of the CNN news and DOW market on CNBC.
My trip was fantastic can't ask for better weather and perfect time to meet up with my family whom I haven't seen for past 6 years. Coming back after 5 long weeks of vacation I had to catch with a lot.
With the interest rate lingering between 4.75%~5% it seems to be no brainer for lot of buyers with good credit to jump back in the market. Last week I was out showing homes to my buyers. 5 out of 7 homes we previewed either had a contract or a multiple contract situation including the short sales.
If the pace I have seen for past 2 weeks continues it will help gain the confidence back and make future look more positive.
