Hello to all I haven't posted in a while since I introduced myself as a "new Guy". I welcome any comments from new or experienced Realtors or others.  So far I have been concentrating my marketing efforts towards my warm market specifially my coworkers at my Full time job. I want to gain as much knowledge and expertice as possible as I plan to be a full time agent when i retire from my other career.
